INVESTMENT FUND DETAILS
FEES AND REQUIREMENTS
In order to invest in the Tri Trading Fund, you will require a minimum investment of R10,000*.
*10 000 ZAR or equivalent dependent on currency-denominated Fund selected.
There is an initial fee on a deposit equal to 3% of the capital assigned to the portfolio. Thereafter there is a performance fee of 30% of the profits generated per month*.
*30% Performance fee based on weekly profits generated on the Investment account. The profit calculation is done on a weekly basis at the close of the New York market session on a Friday. Please note the performance fee is calculated on the high water mark level of the account from the previous week. Profit calculation will always be done on the highest value the investment has reached. Therefore an investor will not pay performance fees if losses have been incurred and until the losses have been recouped.
